Meet Natasha and Joe, co-founders of executive nests, a family run property investment business specialising in low-risk assets that generate attractive and consistent returns. 

 

Meeting in Dubai in 2015, we tied the knot in 2019 and returned to the UK in 2022. Faced with the absence of pension schemes for expatriates in the UAE, our relocation left us with a savings pot and uncertainty about how to manage it.

 

As Warren Buffett famously said “The best investment you can make, is an investment in yourself… The more you learn, the more you’ll earn”. So, we decided to invest in our future and educate ourselves in property investment through our mentor; Alex Szepietowski; an award-winning leader in the House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) industry who has spent the last 15 years developing a well-established portfolio of luxury co-living spaces.
